Opening Night to drop the green flag on the 2014 Season
Justin Fabus to sign National Anthem
Lernerville Kid’s Club is back

Sarver, PA (April 17, 2014) The lights are out, the field is set and flagman Todd Beichner has the green flag at hand ready to let it fly on the 2014 Fab Four Racing season at the Action Track this Friday Night, April 18. Lernerville Speedway remains the only track on the planet to feature all three top divisions on a weekly card and our fourth division, the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman, might be the most competitive of the fabled “Fabulous Four Divisions of Racing”.

Budweiser Points will be on the line right from the drop of the first green flag and 2013 Track Champions Brandon Spithaler in the Peoples TWP DIRTcar Sprints, Alex Ferree in the Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Models, Mat Williamson in the Diehl Auto Group DIRTcar Northeast Modifieds and Corey McPherson in the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman will all be looking to repeat last season’s success. Runners up Brandon Matus, John Garvin Jr. and Brian Swartzlander will all be seeking redemption in the form of an Opening Night feature win, while AJ Flick has traded in his fendered Sportsman/Stock for a winged 410 Sprint Car!

Gates open at 5:00 and Fab Four Racing will start after the invocation and national anthem at 7:30 sharp. Local recording artist and Firecracker weekend concert series favorite Justin Fabus will be singing the national anthem.

Tickets remain unchanged at $14 for adults, $10 for senior citizens, $7 for students 11-17 years old and children 10 & under are admitted FREE with a paying adult! Pit passes remain unchanged as well at $20 for DIRTcar Members and $30 for non-members.

DIRTcar Membership is not just for drivers; crew members and fans that frequently pay to enter the pits on race night are also encouraged to visit www.DIRTcarMembers.com and explore the benefits of purchasing a “Crew Member” Membership for just $80. At a $10/week discount, the membership will pay for itself in just eight weeks, plus you get the extra protection of an extended insurance policy.

Drivers are encouraged to download all of the paperwork necessary for registration by logging on to Lernerville.com, clicking the “Downloads” tab and then clicking the “Driver Registration Packet” link. Just print it out, fill it in and bring it to the track for Opening Night to save a lot of time and hassle!

All cars will be required to pass through tech inspection prior to rolling onto the Action Track. Drivers and crew members should review their division’s rules prior to Opening Night by clicking the “Downloads” tab on our website!

Don’t forget to download the Race Monitor App before Friday night to see lap times in real time on your smart phone or tablet device. Available as a free download from iTunes or Google Play, you just need to sign up for a monthly or annual subscription; $0.99/month or $4.99/year.

As always, we’ll be bringing the Action Track right into the palm of your hand with Social Media. Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Vine and Instragram to keep abreast of all the action on and off the track!

Don’t forget to sign up for Fantasy Fab Four Racing League at www.FantasyDirtRacing.com and to pick your Opening Night winners in The Dirt Network’s “Lernerville Pickem” contest by logging on to thedirtnetwork.blogspot.com. Anyone who picks all four Opening Night feature winners correctly in the Lernerville Pick’em contest will win a FREE ticket to next Friday’s Fab Four Racing program!

We’re also bringing back some Kid’s Club activities for the 2014 season; starting with an Easter Egg Extravaganza! Membership is free for kids 10 & under and sign-ups will be available at the Stivason Photo Booth. We will be hosting Kid’s Club activities the first and third Friday of each month where applicable. Kids will be able to meet their favorite drivers, win rides in the #1 Cochran Pace Truck, visit Sheetz Victory Lane and participate in fun pre-race activities throughout the season.

Opening Night always brings surprising and familiar names back to the Action Track to kick off the season. Don’t miss the first big race of the season, join us for Opening Night 2014, this Friday, April 18 at 7:30!

Just one little very thin line of stuff on the radar, which should amount to about jack squat. Might not even rain a drop. Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines.
