Great field of cars tonight, not too many people in the stands.   The 50/50 was only worth $386.   Alex Ferree won the Late Model feature over Russ King, Garrett Krummert, Brian Swartzlander, and Ken Schaltenbrand.  Only 9 cars of the 20 that started were able to finish.  Track was very fast, but also very rough.  Rex King Jr., easily outdistanced his father to take the win in the Big Block Modifieds, followed by Dave Murdick, Tom Winkle, and Brad Rapp.   Both Mat Williamson and Brian Swartzlander were DNFs.   Carl Bowser drove to a convincing win in the Sprint feature, besting Cole Duncan, Brandon Spithaler, Jack Sodeman Jr., and Eric Williams.

5 late models running faster than track record Russ king fastest in heat with a 14.8 well under the 15.0 track was bad fast. Still was fast in features but more bad than fast. A lot of torn up equitment. Another tough break for AJ Flick looked good in heat and had a small small in left rear under caution and went pit side. Garvin was shook up hope nothing serious. If the track stay together it would of been a night for the record books.

I didn't see the start of the Garvin/Pegher accident. Just Garvin hitting the wall a ton and sliding towards the infield. Garvin supporters were really upset with Pegher. Anyone see what happened?

Wow! Wow! Wow! Great night racing. Poor crowd count. They only missed one of the fastest tracks I've ever seen. Track was super fast. Only the "sinkhole" in turn one put a damper on the cars. It's a shame so many late models got tore up. Let alone all the other cars that got tore  up.

The track record they list as official isn't the actual track record. During the All Stars late model show a couple years ago, Tim Dohm went 14.59, but it was during a heat so it didn't count. For some reason, they only count time trial times for track records.
