just a random observation here. it seems that more and more race teams on a local level are just as much about the "show" as they are the "go". I see so many teams that dont travel at all come rolling into the pits with some mighty fancy haulers these days. toters are now as common as an open trailer back in the day. now its 18 wheeler outlaw style set ups. im not bashing, im just curious of the point of having these fancy outfits to run in your back yard every week?

their money, their business. I get that.

I've wondered that to as a fan lol, i see stock cars with big ass rigs and haulers and i'm just confused , you could have  2 or 3  late models or 2  sprint cars for the cost of some of these haulers.

You can buy a toter cheaper than a dully and if your family comes there's room. Plus the plates and insurance are cheaper.
