Thinking about what to expect for a car count this year, and I am thinking they will be lucky to get in the 40-45 mark this season, with the NDRL racing out in Arkansas. A few Lucas guys may show like Carrier and Landers, and some of the true Outlaw guys like McDowell and Marlar but not many others. Plus, with the Hell Tour at Pevely and then over into Illinois guys like Birkhofer will be heading there.

I'm ok with it. I'm sure with the big names racing elsewhere it'll draw some different regional guys that may have stayed home otherwise. It'll also give some if the local guys a shot to make some good money.

Hot dog with it being a hundred lap show you have to finish 3rd or better to make anything

You're probably right but there's always guys that do a start and park if they aren't going anywhere and some of the slower guys have a shot at winning the uncle slam.

Birky does NOT have the Firecracker on his schedule, but he does have a Motley Crue concert for July 9th on his schedule..... Mars has the Firecracker on his schedule.

who cares who shows up it will a good event that I wont have to drive hrs n hrs to get too with some great outsiders invading the skating ring !!!

I don't think ndrl will have that big of an impact. There are like 13 hrs away. Granted the people touring with them will be there I still say 50 or so cars. I hope some of the lucas guys come and we just have a good race
