This guys needs to move down a class, when your getting lapped at a track that size in a heat race you need to find another division, and it happens all the time. He has caused a ton of problems and lots of torn up cars over the years.

He is dangerously slow and really shouldn't be in the racing groove.  He trashed another really fast car Saturday night and was a danger in the consi also.

My question is why you would race week after week knowing you have absolute no chance of winning or even passing a single car??? How much fun could this be?? Why spend the money to ride around?? I asked him one time as I was stating behind him in heat....why do you want to start on the pole? You will be in last by the first turn. I said start in the back. Also I said we can help you with set up questions or tips. He just said they just need new tires. Wtf. The bad thing is if he moves down he will still get lapped. I remember as a kid a car at motordrome Leslie Gilpin. He just road around but at least he stayed on the bottom not in the racing grove when getting lapped. I believe it's his right to race, but I think all the drivers need to have a meeting with him.

You hit the nail on the head, he is slow, he should not be running in the middle of the track. I think last year he started on the pole in a feature and a bunch of cars got torn up down in 1.

He just needs to stay down on the inside, not in the middle of the track, unless and until he can get up to speed.

The real answer is that Miley won't do anything because the track really can't afford to lose anymore cars. Bad part is, he is probably the reason more don't show up.

Maybe this guy should sell his P.O.S. and donate the money to help pay for the repairs on the car he caused to get torn up!  He clearly pushed him up off the track.  Has no business being out there if he can not maintain a reasonable minimum speed.  Should be minimum lap time requirements like in Nascar or you have to get off the track.  If he or his car is not good enough to keep up the pace, then he should as suggested move down a class and run there until he can learn to be faster or afford to buy a faster car then move up with more experience under his belt.   He is clearly out of his league now.  Just lucky that no one got hurt badly.................next time could be a different story...................... :(

Some may think you are humous with your replies such as this, but again, why must we be subjected to this crap on a race forum?  Why not go to your favorite happy sight and make your ridiculous comments and let these discussions be about racing.  Site was better when you were banned!

Doesn't ruin my life, but does not improve this site.  Shows what type of life you apparently have though.

that fact is he did pay his money and if wants to pay to just ride around the race track that is his choice. He might be slow but he is still faster than most of you morons that think you know all about racing but yet have never been behind the wheel.

The real problem is everyone knows he is slow but yet some how these drivers that are so supposedly so  talented and fast can't seem to miss a guy that is riding around in the same groove lap after lap.

Four other cars ahead of Bret had no problem passing the guy and there was lots of track below the w1.  Bret McDonald hit the wall in turn three and never lifted of the throttle until he climbed the wall and ripped out 5o feet of catch fence and a light pole well into turn 4 and almost onto the front stretch.  I like Bret I have seem him do well and has improved greatly since he first started but no one to blame here but bret.

As with a whole lot of other racers in all divisions if you keep tearing up race cars maybe the other guy isn't always the problem.

Josh Richards multiple time world of outlaws nation champion had his car destroyed while leading trying to lap Ms Mario cart on a wide open track .... Does that mean he's not a qualified driver ??? When your going 120 and someone swerves 3 lanes at the last second it takes time to react ... Maybe you need to drive a car one time and try to avoid those moving road blocks

Do it on the dirt thanks for saying I have improved however there was not four cars in front of me there was two and the reason I decided to go to the high side of the lapped car was the previous turn I saw a nose on the inside of me and was not certain if that car was still there and did not want to chop down onto another car and you are correct I did stay in the gas after the contact with the lapped car because when contact was made it pushed my front end at the wall if I had lifted and got on the brakes it would of sent the car straight head on into the wall so I stayed in the gas to get the rear end to come around hopefully enough not to crash and if you refer to the in car cam on YouTube unfortunately it got covered in mud however if you listen you can hear me completely get off the gas the moment I hit the wall because I realized there was nothing more I could do also its Brett sorry Lil pet peeve of mine but thank you for your input and I have stated numerous times I am not blaming anyone for the wreck its racing and things happen

You obviously were not watching the incident as it unfolded.  I was there and watching Brett.  I could see what was probably going to happen going into three as the W1 wanted to take up the whole track and by the middle of the turn pushed Brett up out of the groove into the loose stuff and it was all over from there.  Again, there should be minimum speed rules to make racing safer for everyone.  It is everyone's right to race when they pay the money, but they need to be able to race within a reasonable speed that the class is running.  With the quality of cars that were attending the event, the W1 was clearly nothing more than a moving roadblock.

Sad part is I was watching the same thing unfold.  I said oh man, I hope Brett saves this, then I'm thinking man he hit the wall, hope he holds onto 4th at least, then you know the rest.  Still feel so bad for him.  If you look at the pics of the wreck, W1 actually ends up in the loose stuff and if Brett didn't end up in the fence, he could have possibly hit him again.  I previously did voice my concerns, but was told he pays his money like everyone else.

That's the sad truth. But they'll tell someone that has a legitimate gripe to "go somewhere else if you don't like it here", like too many tracks do.
