Yes he is. Never had a problem running door to door with him. Had a lot of fun with him and a great guy to talk to. He needs to come back. Then stick around and bullshit with the rest of us afterwards.

I think the Bird needs to check out some of the new cars showing up in PS. Not fair to the regulars. Some of em sound like street stocks.

Well, they need to continue teching the pure stocks. The 1M is no way legal. All you have to do is listen to it idle in the pits and watch him pulling out..... No stock clutch in that baby. I like to see new cars coming to run with our regulars but they should be held to same standard.

I think it would be interesting to run some laps with the back end closed then the same car open. I'd bet there's no difference.

Probably not much at the speeds they are traveling but it is a rule. Just walk around the pits and look and listen. Doesn't take a rocket scientist. Pure stocks with adjustable and relocated suspension mounts both front and rear, vortec heads and triple disc clutches. Those things can be checked in less than 30 seconds with a quick visual. Pumping for CID and checking for illegal high lift cams and engine parts takes a little more time but not much.
