Wayne County closed to support Ohio sprint speed week.  Lernerville out of sight on their prices.

I'd love to see Mercer run a race Friday the 27th with reduced pit gate maybe $25 and regular Saturday fan gate prices.  Run Sprints, 358 Big Blocks, Sprint Warriors and Stocks.  I think both the pits and the stands would be jammed.  Please give us somewhere between the high priced Lernerville and Raceway7 to go watch a race. It's a happening waiting to happen.  I think a short notice, hey come race and pass the word around would fill the place.

Instead of 410 sprints, maybe the econo-mods?

Just a thought....

I like Bedford but it's 2.5 hr's for me.  I looked at your location and it said upper st clair.  I've even been there.  Was at the stadium waitin for hot laps on the track, but instead only thing there was a DCI show.  Great show and worth the trip.  Do you all still get a DCI show there?

Lernerville too expensive?? Ever go to a baseball, football, hockey or basketball
game??? Lernerville has good racing, very little dust (Mercer) the food is good, the
seats are really good!! Just what the hell do you want??? Free??? Bradford???? What

Why would you want Mercer to run on a Friday, when most 410 sprints run at both lernerville, and Mercer?

No Sprints at Lernerville on June 27th...Second night of the Firecracker weekend!!   No need for Mercer to run, but would be a good night for some non-Sprint track like Raceway 7, Bedford or Dog Hollow to have a Sprint Car special!!

Forgot about that Walt, Time has gotten away from me since Darren got burnt. I basically lost a whole month with being at the hospital for all that time.

You can't be serious...What do they run on Saturday night?  Or just expect people to come watch the same show two nights in a row?  Thus begging the question, why would Friday be "jammed"?

If you're so confident, I'm sure Bill would lease the track to you for the night to give it a shot!  Lernerville is high priced?  For $70 you get three nights of racing, two nights with a pit pass.  That's less than $25 a night, to see the best Late Model drivers in the country run a 100 lap feature and everyone else run a 30 lap feature.  Instead, you think people will pay $25 to see a regular show in Mercer and that word of mouth will pack the pits and stands?!  You don't get out much, do you?

First off it's too late to take the dumb post and dumb replies back.  I was thinking the Lernerville race was like the end of the year race where if you want to race you have to pay twice to do so.  Pay for the qualifying and then pay for the racing the next day.  I was totally wrong on th 100 because it's a separate show all three days.  $69 and $23 a race if your into Latemodels is ok.  And DCI is Drum Corp International.  It was long ago and I think I remember going to a show there.  It also doesn't matter, because I'll just go watch at Limaland, but I'd mush rather go to Mercer two days in a row, then drive across Ohio for a race.

Dumb post, posted without thinking it through.  Unless you want to race there, Lernerville's prices are reasonable.
