Starting with the UMP Summer Natlonals,  Gregg and the 22 team seem to have fallen into a slump of sorts.

Not to fret though.  It happens in all phases of competition from time to time.   From Baseball players to racing.

Gregg, Gary and the 22 team will survive and be back on track before you know it.

Hopefully he enjoys your pre-race beej tonight.

If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just suck.

After a very poor showing in not making the A Main on Thursday and a and 26th place finish on Friday, Gregg's chances of making the Firecracker were at best slim to none.

Gregg made the Firecracker with his 2nd place finish in one of the B Mains.

He started 23rd in the field and moved into 11th place by lap 36 and was on the move when mechanical problems forced him out of the feature.

I think the guys did a good job in getting that car to where it should be.

Maybe the monkey is finally off their back ...

Also how about the efforts of Jared Miley ?   That was one of our locals who was on a tear all w/e for sure.

Greg qualifying for a 54 car field isn't an upset . I will give credit that with how his car was working in the B main only 20% of the guys there would have been able to finish second. , that was a serious effort
