The answer is it gets plumbed backwards which is what I thought but I tested it before it was fully bled so it didnt work correctly . So
Brake caliper hooked to the input and the pressure line hooked to any of the 3 bottom outlets if anyone is wondering

I'd like to learn more about why it's done Legend.  Would you post the why of it or a web location to read up on it?

I do understand the need for stagger up front, to be able run the same size rotors and balance braking from turn in to what every you consider the apex.  I generally consider the apex from two perspectives.  One of driving line to set mid corner, based mainly on "regular race cars" which turn both left and right theory.  And the other on my theory of LTO (left turn only) racing of the apex being the final transition to acceleration.  Yes my theory assumes there can be multiple transitions to increased acceleration within each turn.

Does the Hurst setup provide you with only a switch, turning it on or off?  Does it provide the driver an adjustable across the front braking bias?  Does it provide front to rear braking bias?  With it do you no longer need to balance braking across the front with front stagger?

Edit:  When I quickly looked at the sites I offered to you to go for, for information it all seemed to deal with "roll".  Since it also appeared to deal with acceleration, I assumed the "roll" control was front to rear control.  Because your racing oval I'm thinking it's used for side "roll" control and maybe has nothing at all to do with braking.  Am I assuming correctly your interested in it, to control "roll over" and it has nothing at all to do with setting equal braking from turn in to the apex?  I normally would think Latemodels would control "roll over" with suspension changes, but I don't understand Latemodel suspension well enough to know.  Sorry for all the dumb questions.  I use my dumb questions and throwing out my incomplete knowledge about stuff to learn.  Over the years I've found I can learn a lot, when I'm told I'm wrong and it is explained where I'm wrong.  Thanks for the help you already gave me by answering about plumbing it backwards Legend.  That instantly showed me I could eliminate a lot of information out on the web, which deals with it differently.

I just read through my edit and it left me with another question.  The "roll control" your interested in, is it to control "roll" onto the RF(right front) more so then over all "body roll"?  And then that question starts making me think it's may be though more of a way to over all get what is normally thought of as a balanced setup.  Maybe it's a way to fine tune front to rear bite through controlling the RF, is it?  Sorry again for all the questions, but for me it's about learning.

It's a switch to turn the right front caliper completely off , it's used as a crutch to create rotation on corner entry of a car that is too tight going In. Every dirt late model has one. Some people always run 3 wheel and others never run it. Using a switch instead of a valve like they used to allows you to switch back to 4 wheel when approaching a crash.

I have to factor in the money I could have made building decks instead of building the car .... And yes everything I do involves a profit ... Except for racing of course

I think Gus Linder should drive it.

A reference to a previous black 69 race car driver.  With pretty good results.  Maybe a little before your time.
