That was a true snoozefest of a race ESP compared to last year- BORING!!! They don't transfer well from asphalt at all.

The race was exciting but that's because they are smacking g off the wall every lap. Larson made it interesting but is that what we really want to consider good racing? Smashing off of the wall 2 or 3 times per lap?

Snoozefest??????  Obviously you don't like 4 wide racing and watching a guy literally drive the wheels off his truck to try and win.

Lets see one of them late models bounce off the wall that many times! Their would be parts all over the track.

It wasn't to bad. Track looked real nice. More than one lane. Better than last year.

I thought it was a great race race between Larson AND Wallace!  How much better can you make those Nascrasp trucks run?

The racing was okay, but Kyle Larson was the only reason I kept watching. Those trucks are slow and lumbering around that track. The truck series might be more interesting on a fairground mile dirt track.

It would be a lot more exciting if they were about 3 seconds faster

The track was terrible compared to how it was for the Dream.  The racing was pretty boring except for Larson hitting the wall.  He almost hit the wall as many times as Jeep does.

Larson is the only thing that made that race even half interesting. Ya, he hit the wall alot. But, I was lovin it seeing him drive so hard.

I'm not sure any of you even watched the race. I thought it was damn good. Sure, not as fast as late models, but those are heavy machines. More like a good street stock race. I don't tend to complain about a NASCAR race that has lots of 3-4 wide racing and guys going balls out green to checker. That's nonexistent these days. You say those guys can't drive on dirt? Bloomquist was an embarrassment last year, a lot of guys with experience weren't that good, and the winner had ZERO dirt experience. Only thing that would have helped is if the 3 truck could have stayed in it til the end. He may have had something.

I didn't think it was terrible. Two things I'd like to see changed: 1. More bite in the track 2. More traditional heat race transfers (hate how drivers that get last are in and guy that gets 3rd is out) I agree though the racing wasn't horrible. The whole night I was thinking it was like watching a street stock race, however in person the street stocks at Eldora seemed faster then the trucks did on TV.

Would adding a ton more rear percentage make them faster ?

I thought the race was pretty good. Also wished the track had more bite and would like to see them put a cushion like a sprint car race and let them work it up to the wall. Curious though if you got some of those guys that race trucks on dirt weekly at Fremont and put them in that race if they could make them go any faster.

You can put all the rear percentage you want in the truck but if you can't turn it's pointless.
