I nice Facebook battle going on between the lunch fans and Lockhart fan on Syes Facebook today here a few comments that are interesting....

Joe Lockhart: "The original agreement between ed lynch jr and myself was the lynchs provide the safety equipment. Meaning a full containment seat. A hans device and seat belts. I would provide the rest. The seat provided was a standard racing seat. Not full containment. No hans was ever used. And the seat belts were outdated with the tags cut off. I understand business well and know the world we live in. Sponsors on the car and myself included are not able to take the chance of someone hurt in a car and liable for injuries. Sye lynch I wish you the best. Your a great wheelman."

Sye stated he was facebooked message by the lockharts relieving him of his driving duties.

Allot of people are saying that Sye refused to work on the car that, that was big reason he was let go.

How was the car permitted on the track if the seat belts had no date?
