I would have to agree with Hatorade, the crate incident was very intentional. What happened with Nate and Ray was the product of good hard racing not over agressive driving. I don't enjoy racing because I like parades, I want to see good hard racing. On a side note Congratulations to all of the drivers that won last week and good luck to everyone this weekend.

It says on Marion centers website that they both had their points pulled and are not allowed to race the rest of the season due to aggressive driving and unsportsmanlike conduct.

Does this mean that any driver who gets into another will now be suspended for the rest of the season and the track will be posted as a no passing zone track?

Did you even watch the video of the crate incident? The #2 got into the right rear tire of the #14 and turn his front wheels sharply right.. Was it an unfortunate incident..yes but not intentional.. I find it good timing that now that the car that has been the topic of such controversy all this season and last (28n) is banned from the track, the track finally decided to appoint new tech officials. At least there were consequences handed out. A little steep IMO but they did the right thing. However, how the hell did these two get disciplined and nothing came out of the crate class incident a few weeks ago. A car was junked in that one.

The number 2 never hit the 14 in the crate class. I mean during green flag action. He did hit the 14 under caution.
Agreed ! And had some action taken place earlier like this instance the recent driving may have been avoided had there been some consequences for driving like an ass and completely ruining a competitor's car and risking their life. About time something was actually done. I bet now you'll see more street stocks that actually wanna race and not show up for a demo derby .that is scheduled for tonight at the Sykesville fair just so they know for proper location to tear up equipment.

The second video shows a bit more, but they really suspended these guys for that?

Its says due to UNSPORTSMANLIKE conduct and ROUGH driving, is it possible that there may have been more to the suspension the just what you see on youtube??

I wasn't there, but if they consider that rough driving, well...... I could really name a 100+ incidents that were a lot worse over the years, that didn't result in any suspensions/etc.I can understand if there was something afterwards between drivers and crews, but I don't see anything that makes me think rough driving.
