Brandon Matus ices birthday cake with 2nd feature win of the season

Davey Johnson wins the Dave Hoffman Memorial Late Model feature

Swartzlander and Fosnaught repeat visitors to Sheetz Victory Lane

Sarver, PA (August 8, 2014)  On another just beautiful Friday Night, Don Gamble hosted Nostalgia Night and Jackie Matus hosted the Injured Driver Benefit Auction before Fab Four Racing logged another week; the 19th consecutive week of racing which is absolutely unheard of in this sport!  Brandon Matus celebrated his 20th birthday with his second Peoples TWP Sprint feature win of the season.  Davey Johnson drove a masterful race in the Precise Late Models to fend off a bad fast Jared Miley for his 11th career Lernerville feature win.  Brian Swartzlander lost and then inherited the lead to and from Dave Murdick to join the 4-win club season and the 85 of his storied career in the Diehl Mods.  Jim Fosnaught actually left the four-win club tonight with his Fab Four Racing leader fifth feature win of the season in the Pic-A-Part Sportsman.

lol, didn't realize I used the Race Report instead of quick results.  I was listening to the Knoxville Nationals; was a bit distracted!

Pegher got piled up coming to green when Chub slow played/brake checked the initial start.  7-8 cars got all balled up and I think Mike broke something in his steering if I recall correctly from a tweet they sent out last night.  Rough deal for a lot of our drivers, but it was Chub's race to start.
