Thats all we need is another engine package you can only run at mercer.
The racesaver engine is the best option. You can go to most tracks and be legal to run.
If you build a 5.3 or a 602 your stuck at mercer only.

Very valid point, 5.3 is most definitely not an option as I'm not an electrical engineer and don't want the hassle I wouldn't be opposed to a 602 they are cheap enough that they are basically a throw away to me anyways. And I wouldn't mind only running mercer the first year exclusively because I like the place.
you would still have to be an electrical engineer with the 602,same concept just a different cubic inch.

the 602 is nothing like the 5.3 when it comes to electronics----our 602 package is currently utilizing the distributor that comes with the GM 602 and it only requires 1 wire to operate, but if the battary is not desired at all--you could easily run a traditional magneto------we use no other electrical components
our test car finished 3rd tonight at Sportsman speedway and scored a 4th place feature finish from a 12th place starting spot last night at Mercer.
we have been invited to other tracks to display the concept and hope to make some of these appearances soon
