I talked to a family member a few weeks ago ,they said Nick was very sick. He was always a good friend at the track.

I never knew Nick personally, but watched him race many times at Lernerville, where he was the track's Late Model champ in 2000.  My records show 11 wins at Lernerville over the years.  His best year win wise was 2005 when he won four times.    R. I. P.  Nick Jones

Ditto that, Walt...always liked watching Nick back in the late 90s/early 00s, & remember his well deserved track championship at Lernerville. RIP, Nick.

When in doubt....GAS IT!!

Sorry to hear this news. Nick was allways a real friendly guy! And a real hard racer! He accomplished a lot in his carrer with very conservative resources He was a true Racer! And that to me is highest compliment any man can be paid! Rest in peace Nick
