Congrats to Corey and the Stans Transmission team for their championship performance last night.

After hitting the wall in fast laps and doing some major damage, this team put the car back together for the heat race (finished 2nd) started the feature to secure their first Championship. I do believe this is the first championship also for Bentz motorsports. Congrats to the whole team, last night showed why your the champions!

Shout out to Justin Lamb and his team for keeping it together while under pressure, but it was not ment to be this year.

Nico had a great year, but did not win the championship.  How about giving credit where credit is due.  McPherson did a great job in his first year in the bigger cars, was pretty fast right out of the box, and was in the mix almost every night.   Congratulations to the entire Bentz team.   Hardly having a championship handed to them.

Nico looked like he was going to be in the hunt but a " series of unfortunant events " change hs season just like Justin Lamb. Things are not always as planned and there are other teams who also could have been in the hunt if they would've raced at PPMS all year.

But they also lost to the consistancy of the 60 team.

This wasnt a given it was earned.

And a big congrats goes to Daryl Charlier on his win last night, looking good for the Pittsburgher weekend!

I would have like to see it come down to a race. To bad for greek but nothing was "given" shit happens and it happens to everyone at some point on the track.

Not to take anything away from the 60 car but no doubt nico would have won if it wasnt for the last 3 weeks. If the crash on the front stretch didnt destroy the black car I doubt last night would have even mattered. Special thanks to the white 27j for causing a lot of carnage and extra work because he cant drive or follow rules.

What a wild chain of events and drama for the crate championship. Points were  tight for 1-2-3 positions going into the night.

Was there checking out the damage to the 60C,  Lamb comes in from hot laps and immediately over offering up anything they needed.

Feree,Lamb  and others bringing parts from all directions.

Flinner and others all working feverishly with the 60C team to get the car out for the heat.

Then F1 blows a motor before heat races start. Some really bad luck for them late this year.

Then a strong charge from the tail of 2nd heat for Corey.

Hats off to all involved! Great, class act group of race teams at PPMS.

Hats off to the Mileys too... for getting the show in, with rain threatening all day and thru out program.

Congrats to Corey ,60C team on their track championship!

Congrats to Alex ,10 team on 2 track championships!

Championships take consistancy, whether it's hard work, good luck, or a little bit of both. Corey did a good job of keeping that car out of trouble all year. When they did get in trouble last night, they did what they had to do and busted their asses to not only get it back together, but back together right. That's what wins championships. You can say "what if's" all day, like if Josh Holtgraver wouldn't have missed a week, he would have won it. I don't think you can say Nico "gave" the championship away. If anyone "gave" the championship away...it was Josh. Nico just had 3 misfortunate weeks at the end of the season. It was a lot of fun racing against both of them this year. And it was exciting for the championship to come down to the last night.
