Motordrome Speedway has announced the addition of The Inaugural Fall Classic on Saturday, September 27th.
Motordrome will mirror the format of the NASCAR Sprint Showdown All-Star race for the Late Models and Modifieds. The Late Models will run a total of 100 Laps comprised of 3 segments. The first segment will be 50 laps following by a caution and mandatory pit stop where teams will have the opportunity to make adjustments to their cars (no tires). The fans will determine the invert for the second lap, which will be 30 laps following again by a caution (no pit stop) and another invert. The last segment will be 20 laps for all the marbles and $3,000 to win.
The Modifieds will run a total of 50 laps with the same exact format as above with segments being 20 laps, 20 laps and 10 laps for $1,000 to win.
The Street Stocks will run a 30 lap special event for $400 to win (under 16 cars), or $600 to win (17+ cars).
The Chargers and Super Compacts will both run a 25 lap special event for $150 to win with a payout all the way through the field.
