Dear racing fans, let it be known that Gamblers Raceway Park of Clearfield Pennsylvania is free of any leases and still in the hands of the past decade owner Joseph Castagnolo.  Any contact about the future events or plans for the track and 40 acre property should be directed to owner.

tell joey to run it i am sure there are plenty of people who would pitch in to halp if he re- opened the place .it would be a shame to let the place rot after all the work  that has been done already.

No pa vintage mods , rush mods , 2 barrel emods and mod lights ... With that card you wouldn't need a water truck when sunhoney was there ...

Any track that runs PA Vintage Mods had better build a gallows so people can hang themselves out of boredom.

Won11 the vintage mods are the most riveting exhibition racing this side of the Mississippi !! Just ask Jim Dingo Kirkwood lol and while he's at he he will let you know they deserve to run first !!

I would ask him but he's too busy complaining about Dog Hollow, Stateline, and Eriez not having any methanol.

Hate to say this.....But  Big Block Mods were never a super strong division around here back in the day!  Lernerville seemed to get the best turnout of them  and still runs them!  Back in the 70's most of them were a second car to the superlate guys!  A car that they could put together out of what was laying around the shop and run it for some extra money along with the super!  10-12 of them at Jennerstown or Motordrome was allways a good field.  All the tracks tried them at one time or another....but were usually dropped for lack of support!  I wish Dingo Luck with his car club!  But can't see a lot of excitement even today!  Sort of like the All American Outlaw cars!  OH....there here tonight!

Run Sunday at 4 o'clock so people can get home early.  Limit the amount of classes also.

Let's worry about when to run and what classes to run when someone actually buys it or leases it...until then it's a wasted topic

That track still has a lot of work both in the track and even more so on PR before anyone will show up there again.

It has been a source of amazement for me since the revitalization started.  Why anyone would want to spend a dime up there with tracks Like Thunder Valley and Latrobe and Ebensburg and Challenger sitting idle!  Places where you can make some money because they were successful Not long ago!  Or at least stand a better chance of being successful!  This track  has not   had much luck  that I can remember since it was built!  Short little glimmers of hope like this last deal....but nothing lasting!  No offence intended to this track!  And then a guy living 5 hours away?????  Never really got it!  But I still wish the best for this speedway and hope someone else takes it over and has a little better luck!  Now would be the right time since the last guy spent all the money to fix it up.

The track isn't sustainable. This has been proven multiple times. Let it go already.

I have read everything now i swear !!!! open Ebensburg and challenger ?????the guy running dog hollow tried to open Ebensburg and was almost ran out of town  on a rail and Challenger is gone for gods sake they sold all the bleachers and who know what else . it was clear from the start of this season that the guy running a.m.p did not want to own a racetrack . one night of running and he was slashing the payouts and before that he was running cars off and handing out restraining orders .you are right about one thing living 5 hours away did not help anything on this deal there are more stories to go along with this one but let sleeping dogs lie he just did everything he could to make this place fail and then point the finger at everyone else . you could make this place run if you wanted to but he didn't want too.
