I am trying to find out who it might be that has the silver month Carlo setting beside the garage on the road past clearview mall gone tword slippery rock. The car has hickery speedway on the back of the car that is about all you can see of the car. I believe it is up the road tword clintonville just past a gas station at a traffic light. Can anyone help with any info?

His name is McConnell if you are talking about the one that is on the left going down the hill right before the Stone House. I can't remember his first name but his Dad and him used to own the auto parts store in Slippery Rock by Giant Eagle , beside where the old Agway was. That's who lived in the house , don't know if he still does for sure.

I work with his son, and he refuses to part with the car. Asked him about it today.  I guess people stop at least once a week and ask.  It'll sit there and rot.

It looks like a nice car what a shame to let it rot

I believe that the last time it was raced, he let a friend drive it, and the right rear was torn up. The car has been sitting for years, I really don't know why he doesn't sell it, he switched to drag racing a few years ago, had a few health problems, and I don't think he's doing anything now. This used to be a really good car, was raced mainly at Hickory, and mercer and tri-city a few times. I lettered the car, and I'm guessing about 15 years ago!
