Lady Luck is lurking in Florida...
The first 2 nights of racing have been contested at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala Fl.
Night 1 shows Michael Lake taking the fast time and earning pole position. Michael took to a comfortable lead throughout the race however lady luck dropped in and put a damper on the race for Lake. A large hole had developed in the race track that claimed a critical suspension piece of the #27 ending the night for Michael and the team.
Night 2 scores Max Blair with fast time, placing him on the pole for the Thursday night A main. Swapping the lead back and forth during the early stages of the race, but during a caution before the half way point it looked like the same lady luck that visited Lake the night before was about to call out Blair's number as the right rear tire on the 111 was losing air.
However, the lady ended her run of bad luck with the leak and sent in some good luck to make sure the tire had enough air to let Max's talents shine and complete the race in the top spot.
