I read Kurt has been suspended from NASCAR for domestic abuse. They didn't say how long.

The next car you see Kurt Bush in will be a Bandalero at las vegas Infield speedway. You will never see him in nascar again . just a prediction. Im sure they have seen enough of his personality.. Kyle had a broken leg and will miss the 500 . I think they put Matt crafton in his car for the 500 .

Interesting that only on "probable he did this the courts granted a restraining order. Not positive evidence, its he said, she said. And the courts thought her story was more believeable. If you read up on the story you would know this.
Months ago this women told Kurt Busch that she would get a restraining order against him and show up at the 500, hence he would have to leave because he would not be allowed 500 feet near her, and she did.
Innocent until proven guilty. Maybe he did it, and if he did he should be punished.
But because of another sports mismanaging of a real domestic violence incident, NASCAR and Chevrolet jumped the gun without real evidence and ruined someones chances at racing for the title in 2015, let alone his reputation.
Oh by the way the NASCAR chaplin was called as a witness in the court hearing and he testified he saw the women in question right after the incident in question and neither his wife or he, saw what was any sort of marks on this women.
He hasnt been charged with anything nor convicted, this is only a restraining order. She wanted his fame and fortune and he told her to hit the road. And she was pissed.
So what would you do?
It is very interesting how people base opinions on what was dumped into the media by this women, prior to the courts decision. Very calculating was this women, she did all kinds of talk shows and spoke to any reporter who would listen. And the court of public opinion can be very persuasive, just ask Kurt Busch!

Just My .02 Don't really care for Kurt Busch. But I think he is getting a raw deal here! He is falling victim to "Politically Correct". It will all come out in the end! But I think he has some recourse if found inocent! Going to be interesting to watch! Remember all the na-sayers in the Tony Stewart Tragedy last season, before all the facts were known. Then we find out the young man that lost his life was High on Pot! In this country....The Constitution used to say........inocent until proven guilty! And I think it still does! If Kurt Busch had been charged with assult?????I would say correct decision was made! But not until that time! Again...Just My .02

For the record I am not a fan of Kurt busch. BUt, he is getting a raw deal. Nascar is begging for a reason to "look better than the other professional sports" and found the first chance they had and jumped on it. They were begging to make a statement. If it was Gordon, it would be different. Innocent till proven guilty or guilty since we can make a statement in this case. Once back on the track Kurt busch can hit every wall and I could care less but Nascar is wrong on this issue.

I agree with the last couple of posts!! I don't like either of the Busch brothers at all. In fact I think they are about the worst guys to ever run up front in the history of NASCAR!! And I have been following what is now cup racing since the 1950s. But I think NASCAR is wrong here!! If Busch is convicted of a crime, then suspend him. but not until!!!

Tim Richmond had a drug problem. We all know that. But generally he didn't make an A hole out of himself like the Busch brothers do!!

NASCAR drivers also didn't have the media/internet attention when Tim Riichmond was driving, and yeah what Richmond did was likely worse. But the public saw Richmond as real likable guy who came up from the short tracks. Both Busch drivers come across as winey little children that you just want to slap. The real problem here is NASCAR, with what has happened recently in the NFL and some other Major League Sports, wants to stay ahead of the situation and be PC. One of the problems with the NFL is, even if you are innocent, that fact you let yourself get into that situation, gets you into hot water with them. One thing I can't wait for is if Busch is innocent, the backlash this will cause NASCAR.

Tim Richmond's very first Sprint Car once raced at Mercer!! He bought it and raced there a couple of times!! Andy Raiti owned the car and both Bill Wheeling and Herb Buck drove for him around that time.
GOOD RACING TO ALL!!!

I really wish someone would perfect the lie detector because the judicial system starts to look like a very inexact science when its presented with these kind of cases
