Just seen on Facebook that they are getting a ULMS race this year. Should be a great show.

What constitutes a great show?

Digging up the track and putting water on it so it has some bite!

That just makes for a lot of junked race cars.

Then it sounds like some people need to learn how to drive on a tacky track.

These cars are designed to run on slick smooth race tracks. The engineering that causes them to have side bite and forward bite on slick race tracks makes them react very violently on heavy rough conditions. If the track is wet and heavy it will get rough ... The problem is when the leader is lapping cars and said cars hook a rut and violently snap Into the leader wrecking both cars. Guys are already broke and making tracks hammer down will just mKe their transition from racing to golf that much quicker

Legend/huck you are correct but I fear with the cost of racing in general that more people have already started that transition.

To a degree....I will agree with that!  I never liked racing on a track that was about ready for fast laps when the feature was over!  That does ruin a lot of cars! That is usually the case when a track should of rained out...but they decided to try to run the show!  But something about half way there!  A little wet in fast laps...About right for the heat and perfect for the feature!  That is good racing!
