As someone who has helped turned over flipped cars, let me tell you it is harder than it looks trying to gently settle down a car. Even with 10 guys it's hard to get a hold of when putting it down because how much the weigh is and you gotta make sure no one gets trapped or hurt. I could image it would be harder at Lernerville with the highly banked track.

Lernerville has a great crew, if he was hurt they would not have done it that way and I'm sure it didn't hurt anything that wasn't broken.

Did the great crew realize Carl did not have his helmet or neck brace on when they flipped him?? Did they ask him if he was strapped in?? Thank god for the full containment seat.

You joined to bitch about the safety crew, despite the fact that people on this very thread have commented on how difficult it is to gently set a 2500# stock car back on it's wheels? Typical Murdick supporter; if there is anything to cry about, they'll take it to a whole new level, facts or level headed thought be damned.

Maybe Carl with his 50+ years experience should know better than to remove his head/ neck restraint and helmet until the car has been turned over.
