Call ALRO steel they deliver next day for 10$ it's the best place I have found and the prices on tubing are cheap.

Huck whats the ideal temperature for bending/ forming trex boards. Min ? Max ?

Lol , you have a better chance asking the secret ingredients for bushes baked beans. I spent 60k on a custom made oven that I helped design and spent 1000's of hours perfecting the bending process. I will sell you curved boards but I'm not going to explain how to do it . If they are too cold they won't bend and too hot they will blister.

Lol..... I dont need instruction, just was looking for temperature range. The rest i can figure out, i was just looking for a base line for wattage calculations. If i were closer i would have you bend them. My project is making lawn edging, so the bendind does not need to be as precise as a custom deck.
