Was it just me or did they commit a big error on the 1st restart after the 1st caution in the feature of the street stock race? How did someone all the way in the back wind up on the front row?

But the #3 was in the third position which means if the person on the pole went to the back then #3 should have moved up to the pole.

The #3, along with all other cars on the inside row (except for the one that was moved up to the pole) were involved in the caution.

According to this report it was Dom who was put on the front row after the caution but it wasn't it was Doug in the T31 that so from I feel it was suppose to be Dom up there and not Doug which is where I feel the error came from.
"Bob Connor from DuBois and Fuzzy Fields from Brockway made up the front row for the street stock race. A little turn one/two mayhem reset the field with Dom Surra from St Marys on the pole and Fields to his right. Surra took to the lead early with Rich Howell from Clearfield making a clean pass down low coming out of turn two to move into second place. Surra’s car was throwing smoke from the right rear possibly allowing Howell to challenge the leader low in turns one and two and making the pass complete in three and four. Surra was holding his own in second with heavy pressure from Fields and Brian Rhed out of Brockport. After a restart Fields moved under Surra to take the second spot and Connor was back in the picture taking over third after Surra left the track with mechanical trouble. Fields wedged his way by Howell on the front stretch with Connor following suit. Bruce Hartzfeld also pulled up on Howell but Howell held his ground. Fields gave himself a small but comfortable cushion in the lead with Rhed coming back to the front edging first by Hartzfeld then Howell. Fields went on to take the win."

I don't exactly agree with the format either, but it's been this way as long as I've been racing there.

It was confusing for me also. 55 went to the rear, T-3 moved up along with the entire inside row. Dom Was driving the T-3 according to everything I have seen. From now on the Surra's will not be allowed to drive in the same division in very similar looking cars and numbers. Unless it is a full moon in July and it has rained 1.5" in the past 7 days but not on Wednesday or Monday afternoon.

Well I don't know the initially lineup so it's tough to know along with who was all involved in the first accident.

Ok. Ill try to help you guys out.
I was driving the T3. Doug was in the T31. In the first caution when Connors spun infront of the whole field I missed the wreck but got a cut tire and had to go to the pits. Apparently everyone in the inside lane got into the wreck except Doug in the T31 who then was asked to go to the front on the raceciever. I went in and changed a tire and came back out. According to the rules that is the way they do it. If on a complete Restart the car infront of you drops out you move up a row.
Sorry for the confusion. Doug and I look similar and we get mistaken all the time even when we are not in the car. We both have blue firesuits, glasses and cauliflower ear. I don't understand why as I am the older better looking version... haha.
On side note another very good night of racing at the Bird.

I never knew there were two of you, I thought it was some hologram thing or a evil plot to dominate racing by pretending to be two people.
Sorry for the confusion everyone.
