Should a car finish second after stuffing the leader into the wall and the car is still sitting on the track at the finish?

Yes, he crossed the finish line so why wouldnt he?  And as for the "Stuffing" it was more of a move up the track and Dupont never lifted and ran out of room, he may have crowded him but surely didnt "Stuff" anybody.  Last time I checked you are allowed to use whatever you want on the track, and he did it without hitting so I see no problem with what occurred.  And if you watch the whole race you will see a whole lot of "Stuffing" from the other competitors involved in that race, i think I read that half or less than half the field even finished.

It looks like he pushed him right into the wall.   You can use the whole track if there is not another car beside you!  That is "stuffing" if I ever seen it.

The track was slick and rough as hell, it's hard to blame anybody for any incidents on a track like that.  Just looked like a hard racing deal to me.  Looked more like Dupont just never lifted and ran out of room.  Can't blame him for going for the win.

Exactly, he didnt lift, it was his own choice, he went for it as did Jared.  They both tried what needed to be done.

So if there is another car running the high side you have to keep a safe distance from him?  That sounds like pee wee hockey where they have STOP signs on their backs.

I saw the cars bouncing around like a dodge ball the track was rough and cars going air bor ne teriable  just as bad as my spelling how can you blame anyone when your fighting for control and the win I didn't see his wheels turned to the right so I say racing acc. fighting for the lead would think twice before going there to race.

Sounds/look like the same kind of stuff that goes on with the H1 at PPMS.   Were there any Mileys in the booth that night?  LOL.

Stocker have you ever even been to PPMS?  Or anywhere Jared races?  He is one of the cleaner racers around here.  It is people like you who give places bad names for no reason whatsoever.

If we are using your logic why dont we just go ahead and say, "Looks like the usual idiots at Stateline racing bumper cars," when in reality most of us dont know what goes on up there because we dont frequent the track.  Solid attempt at comedy though......

Yes.   My last race I attended at PPMS was the Pittsburgher in 2012.   That's the race when Miley took out Barbara, was put to the tail by the officials. FACT.    He was overdriving that night also.  Then he handed his spot back by his relatives that run the track.  FACT  It's all in the family at PPMS.   That was enough to finish me on that place forever.   Thank goodness will still have Lernerville (for now).     Didn't say he was dirty, but he definitely can overdrive and take other drivers out.

It's not people like me that give places bad names.  It's people that do crap like that that give themselves bad names.  Bad reputations follow you around!

That logic makes no sense... so if he was involved in a crash at Eldora and something out of the ordinary happens, its cause his last name?    Hmm....

Sorry you have that opinion though, there have been many great races at PPMS, there have also been many lackluster, but for you to be worried about losing all racetracks around here, I dont think boycotting one of the few remaining is a good practice.  To each his own though

You can't blame Jared for the clowns over ruling the race director and giving him his spot back.

And on that night in question Jared was not overdriving, Barbara pinched him down real good, and Jared got into him.   Yeah, the call shouldn't have been reversed, but karma took care of things.  You won't find a cleaner driver week in and week out than Jared Miley.

Of all the things I read on here, insinuating Jared Miley is a dirty driver, a cheater (in Crates), a cherry picker at PPMS (even though he travels all over the tri-state area AND wins) might be the most ridiculous topics out there.  Jared is one of the most talented AND clean local racers around.  He would literally give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

I have watched this video several times.  H1 carried the No7 entirely up the race track into the wall.   But it was the No7's fault for not letting up?  LOL.

I watched the video time after time also, and I'm not seeing what you're seeing.  Dupont was racing right up at the wall, he wasn't carried into the wall, his rear quarter panel hit the wall, he overcorrected, his front end hit the wall, and then they got together.

LOOKED LIKE A RACING DEAL TO ME,  if you want to finish first, you must first finish. that was not intentional in my view, if it were, Jared would have been in victory lane. he would have taken him out the proper way. lol

Looked like a racing deal to me. DuPont didn't help his cause by slapping the wall with his right rear. Jared does not now, nor has he ever had the reputation
being dirty or driving like a cement head.
