Not too shabby, conceivably a driver could set quick time, win his heat and dash and feature and come away with almost 2500.

What is cleetus inc? i googled the name came up nothing?

It's just the made up name of some jabroni who spends half his paycheck sponsoring laps and putting his made up company on a few cars in order to buy friends at PPMS.

I mean myself, if I have a few extra bucks laying around, I'm gonna take a vacation, buy something nice, whatever have you. This guy has a couple bucks laying around, he gives a 100 spot to the leader of lap 19 of the Jook George, so Daryl Charlier or whoever else will give him a pat on the back and let him hold the checkered flag for pictures in victory lane. Different floats.

Oh look it is the infamous Jeremy Kosciek  the one with MPD. I'm sure the drivers are happy that Cleetus has obtained sponsors for this race so they will be racing for some extra $$$. You're reading skills must have left you when you were busy hitting uke tires at Latrobe because I don't see Cleetus Inc. even being on the list for sponsorship.

So let me get this straight, if I donate $50 to cleetus, will he write me a receipt to write off for my business as a tax write off even though this isnt even a real business?

Sure friend. I've been accused of being a lot of things here but Turkeysub sure has never been one of them. You may know me by my former handle, sprntr2001.

No Sparkler. But if you make up a fake corporation and sponsor a lap or make a sticker to put on a various crate late, Tommy Schirnhoffer may say hi once or wave at you if you creepily stand next to his hauler. It's totally worth it.

It's pretty sad when a person or persons get ripped on this forum for trying to get money raised to be put back to the racers. Maybe if more people took the initiative instead of always complaining the sport would be in much better shape.

I wasn't referring to you in my post Abe, although you were a little harsh on Cleetus.

Just cause he has a fictional name dont mean a damn thing. 90% of the "motorsports" names or "racing" names are fictional.

Listen this guy, nickname is Cleetus, takes his hard earned money and helps 2 or 3 racers at the track. If he didn't maybe they couldn't race to put on a show for you people. So he comes up with a name Cleetus Motorsports to put on the cars and you guys knock him for helping. A racer welcomes any kind of help they can get. And do you know how many  $50 "write offs" you need for your taxes for it to even make a diff?   Need to be more people supporting the drivers and the tracks instead of bitching , whining, and putting people down that try to help

Leave Cleetus alone ..... The dude is trying to HELP the sport .... He has gone great lengths to make the JOOK GEORGE race better . Kudos to him for trying . ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT OWN OR DRIVE ....presently or past ....... Shut up. Because ,Realisticly , your opinion has no value whatsoever . @ dirt guy .... That is a interesting topic about "bouncing checks" ..... It falls under the other topic "crooks in racing" . But .....crickets everywhere on that subject

All I heard is a lot of checks bounced from race teams at ppms in the past 2 years. Be careful who you deal with out there. Everyone works hard for their money now a days, I know I do.
