The NBC reporter should have backed off of his questioning of Dale Jr. in victory lane , you could tell he was clearly shaken and did not want to talk. The reporter to keep asking him what the final laps were like and what happened on such and such a lap was ridiculous.  The other thing is start the races at 12-1 o'clock like they use to , give the fans a chance to leave the track and make it home to work on Monday. No wonder nobody goes to them anymore.  I want to go to a race I don't need a concert or movie star or Rutledge doing an interview to drag things out., run the dam race

They run more night races in the summer months because sitting in the sun for 4 hours is pretty miserable too. Plus it's better for TV ratings to run under the lights. Not like they planned to start at midnight anyway. Weather sucks for them as much as it has for us locally this year.

All the people with confederate flags decided to tell nascar stick it. Would love to see a good Ole boy put one right on his roof. Hey nascar, just think of the attention you would get from the media then. I would suggest the SOUTHERN 500 at darlington. LOL.

Won't happen.
1. There are no "good ol boys" left in nascar
2. The France favorite phrase "actions detrimental to stock car racing" will be the excuse to fine/suspend anyone that tries it.

Actually, there already is a rule against it that was wrote about 10-15 years ago that teams can't display anything confederate flag on car, pit box, fire suits, helmets, etc, etc, etc in ANY Nascar sanctioned series.
