Jennerstown and Motordrome on the pavement.
Sportsman's and Tri City on dirt. Also, Bedford could be considered western PA by some.

Sportsman's, in Knox, Pa. I think is still open. Never hear anything about it. Used to be a great track.
Tri-City in Franklin, Pa. is re-opening for specials only if they can get some cooperation from Ma Nature. Nice track and fun place to go to.
Bedford, Hesston, and Racing For Heroes (formerly Clinton County), could all be considered West Central Pa., I suppose, along with Thunder Valley Raceway in Central City, Pa. which has been closed for a couple of years.
Motordrome in Smithton, Pa. and Jennerstown are both asphalt. CNB Bank Raceway Park (formerly Clearfield Mountain Speedway), is also asphalt, and is specials only. The little track, AMP (America's Raceway Park) right over the hill from CNB, closed mid way through last year.

Sportsmans is still running on Sundays, but send little to the media or do much advertising.  Technically, Sharon Speedway is in Ohio, but has always been considered part of the western PA circuit, and is named for the western PA city.   All up to 3 link how he wants to count it.

GOOD RACING!!!

According to Facebook, Bradford is suppose to reopen soon, it will be called the Old Bradford Speedway. I've always considered Bedford and Hesston as part of Western PA, but about as far east as W.PA goes. In the day in the 60's and 70's at Hesston, most of the guys that ran there were W.PA guys like jim Nave, Turk Burket, Larry Wright, Dave Srock, Jim Netterblade, etc. Several Central PA guys ran there also, like Marv Kauffman and Paul Wagner, so it was a battle between the two factions.

Don't know if you are including closed tracks. But, Hickory speedway just off 422 toward new Castle and Latrobe speedway out off rt. 30. Hickory was a great 1/4 bullring, and Latrobe a fast 1/2 mile. Blanket hill in Kittanning was another one, 1/4 mile that in its day packed them in. All dirt tracks. All still there, but I don't believe any of them will ever return. 1 more, Challenger. That's all I got. WOW, maybe just maybe, all the promoter types can pull there resources together and hey give it a shot.

Stateline is another with an uncertain future. As its name suggests, it's New York/Pennsylvania

Ebensburg, Mahaffey, Greater Johnstown, Windber Stadium, Houtzdale.......My grandfather was a pit steward for Penn Western Racing Association, and they traveled to those tracks as well as others.

New kensington had a track. Before my time, and I've never heard anyone discuss it. It was located just across the Tarentum bridge on the left. In fact there is possibilities it was a board track. I remember as a child hearing people talk about it.
