My 8x20 enclosed trailer needed the roof sealed. So I went to Home Depot and got a gallon of silver mobile home roof coating with fiber,$22.oo. With a cheap 4" brush and a old paint roller it took less than a hour to do. There was enough left in the can to do another 4 feet of roof if needed. This was one of those rare deals where things went better than expected! Just sharing this for those who, like me, knew the trailer needed it but dreaded doing it.
