Last night was a rare occasion with three area tracks in competition with each other and each having a different headliner car class.  Tri City with Super Lates, Mercer with Big Blocks and Sharon with 410 Sprints.

 

If you were at one of the three tracks, how do you describe the size of the crowd?  If your a regular at one of the tracks, you might add in if the crowd was larger or smaller then normal.

Mercer had more people in the pits then the stands. Turn out was pretty poor

Weird, I was in the stands and it looked to be a larger crowd than normal.

And a close friend who goes there all the time said the same thing.

I think it's interesting to ask if anyone chose to go to a different track then they normally would, only because of the headliner class?

I was in the pits. Normally the big blocks fill the stands like the allstars do. Last night just wasn't the case. Mercer has been low on numbers all this year though

You just won a trip to Sportsmans Speedway. That will enable you to really experience the size of the crowd.
