He's not a local. To my knowledge, he's never run there. I could be wrong. But he's definitely not there much.

 Ive been to Dog Hollow a few times this year and seen him there driving the same way. Also was at Hesston Sunday and he was there spinning out every other lap. I know hes not a Bedford/Hagerstown car.

He's a Dog Hollow and Marion Center local. Impossible to pass as he makes his car about 50' wide.

His driving style sure looks like the locals. And in a previous post it was said he runs MC and Dog Hollow so im betting hes from that general area.
