Just was wondering if anyone was at Lernerville tonight and what the car counts were?

I saw on twitter there were 162 cars total.  Biggest group was RUSH Late Models at 29.

Guess the future crate stocks needed better organization on the planned boycott.

Sounds about right. But crate stock class shouldn't get any more cars. No more lernerville cars should show. But all things considered and the crying over crate motors. Thats a decent turn out. Just wish i didnt have to work this weekend.

And to be honest i would pull the plug on the whole weekend. Fatalities should end a whole event. Brings a somber tone over the whole event. Win or lose loss is on our minds as a family.

There is no precident for canceling the entire show unless the drive was pronounced dead at the scene. At which point they would have to do an accident investigation and all of that.

I honestly understand both ways and will go along with whatever they decide. I would hate to be the one to make that decision, but it would be nice if at some point soon Lernerville would issue a statement to kind of keep everyone in the loop on what is happening.

There's a statement on the lernerville site offering condolances to the family. If they had any intention of canceling it would be mentioned there.

You're probably correct. That wasn't there when I posted that.
