Anyone using Amsoil? I dont but wondered about anyones experience with it. I have heard some amazing claims but..........
I've ran Amsoil for 22 years never a problem. I use it in everything I own that takes oil. I've been a dealer for 20 years and haven't bought anything but Amsoil since.

How about it Legend? Sounds like that old saying about buying a race helmet? If you have a good head buy a good helmet, If you have a cheap head buy a ten dollar helmet! So its like if you build a cheap backyard engine then you should put the cheap dollar store oil in it!

racepace you got a little something on your nose there! y'all keep bashing those backyard engines. People like you are the guys that bitch when those engines beat you. "They have to be cheatin right?" I mean there's no way they can win. They built their engine for 10k or less in their backyard, they're using dollar store oil and a toilet paper roll for an oil filter. but yet those motors run away from Legend when he finds the time to make it to the track. Not bad for a couple of backwoods hillbillies! Engines are only have the battle. Like the difference between Ford and Chevy, that frame don't know what's in it. Horsepower is Horsepower. Oil's the same way. Go ahead and waste your money paying for royal purple or something that Bloomer claims to be the best thing since white sliced bread. I'll stick to my cheap Dollar store brand of Pennzoil and buy a good helmet!
