It's the start of a new year and our 65th race season is right around the corner.  Mercer Raceway Park is excited to bring your business to ours.  We are currently looking for advertisers for the 2016 season and are offering several different options that would be affordable for any budget.

If you or anyone you know is interested, please contact me directly either by phone at 724.813.9063 or email at ciprianoracing5@gmail.com

Thank you for your time.

This is very encouraging seeing some one that is passionate about the continuation of racing @ Mercer Raceway Park and also heavily involved in the family aspect of racing can be a good thing. I will be a supporter of your efforts and pray the blessing of God on your efforts.

Thank You Chaplain Bill!  I am very excited to be a part of the team and help.  I grew up going to the races and love that my son gets to do the same thing.  Your blessing means the world!

How about tracks going out to find sponsors and not wanting the sponsors to come to them?

First you have to fill out an application to see if your money will be accepted

How about tracks going out to find sponsors and not wanting the sponsors to come to them?

i believe this post could be considered "going out to find sponsors"  there are several different ways to go about things.  Social media, which this is, IS an avenue for attracting sponsorship.  You act like they are just sitting in a office staring at a phone waiting on it to ring.  Besides im sure they are using other avenues also.  Maybe instead of bashing just for the sake of bashing, you would like to list other ways to attract sponsorship that have worked better for you in the past.  Im sure we all could learn from your wisdom.

On a side note i do actually have to agree with legend for once.  The wording could have been a little better there haha

I hope the wording is better suited for those who disapproved. I appreciate all the feedback. I do, in fact, do far more than just post for advertisement; however, in this day and age social media is a powerful tool. You can use it to bash people and be a critic or you can use it to better yourself and look to promote and expand your business. I choose the latter of the two. My goal is to reach as many people that I can.

Again, thank you for your input.

Sara, honest suggestion, a vcard file might be more helpful than a pic of your business card.

I wish I could help you on the sponsorship.  I'd love to see Mercer do well.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.
