The updated 2016 Cadet (street stock) rules are posted.  Some adjustments have been made in order to be more in line with other area track and series rules for the same types of cars in the different categories.  We feel virtually all cars in the area will be legal and competitive under this set of rules, while also permitting competitors to use their current equipment.

Did I have too many Bud Lights tonight or did I read there is a 3150# option to run a 3 link with a panhard bar and 12" wheels?

These rules are assanine . There's no reason that many different options should be allowed

the race ace wont run a track that big.  too fast and he'd have to get into 4 barrel.

you might just see my car at one of your local tracks this year and i don't know why you think i have a bone to pick with   you i never mentioned your name in any of my posts and never intended you to think i was for one minute that i was talking about you .in fact the pure stock you ran was at one time my old car, so we have more in common than you think .i have ran dog hollow in the past but you see i work Friday nights so that keeps me out of the racing there .go get that car of yours as fast as you can and  we will see how good it is .like i said i don't have any problem with you but this bickering back and forth is getting old and i never mentioned you as a problem .

He ran Clearfield when it was dirt, is that a small track? Old Clearfield Speedway when clay was over asphalt, not Hidden Valley.

The rules they have posted is basically saying, bring it, we have all the cars covered in our area that run other speedways. 3150 car hitting a disabled lite weight car. I really think you guys need to re-think that one.

Lite weight car was a bad choice of words on my part. BUT, 500 pound difference bad idea. 3150 compared to 2650.
