No I didn't ask you for the one side half truth version of what happened. There has been plenty of time for anyone to refute the well known version of what happened. The only thing Stan did wrong was didn't make the clowns sign an iron clad non compete clause because he trusted them ... I don't respect or support grimy back stabbing pigs . Period

Truth is a matter of believing or not believing what you're told.  So when one says there is only truth and bullshit, who gets to decide what the truth is, us or them. Without irrefutable evidence, truth is obviously in the eye of the beholder.

This is not the place to give you the full rundown, and I think you also realize that.

Honestly, I could actually care less what took place between Lester and Emig. No matter what, Miss Vikki has come up smelling like a rose...for now. If I were her, I'd guard against getting too greedy. If she thinks people are being rough on her now, wait until something happens where teams get stuck with a bunch of useless equipment.

It is history repeating itself!!    Back in the early 1950s John Marcum was the head honcho for all the NASCAR weekly racing in western PA-Ohio area. NASCAR controlled most of the top weekly tracks in the area at the time.  Then during the winter of 1952-53 Marcum bolted from NASCAR and took most of the tracks with him, Heidelberg, Butler, Canfield and many others.  When the 1953 season started all those tracks were under the MARC (Now ARCA) and NASCAR was on a downslide in this area they never recovered from.   Fifty years ago, Bill France and Marcum burred the hatchet and there have been ARCA races at Daytona ever since.  But it was a big split back in 1953, much like the FASTRAK-RUSH split of 2014!!   And like over 60 years ago there were all kinds of stories on who wronged who.  And like long ago, only Stan Lester and Vicki Emig know the full truth.  The rest of us are just repeating stories we have heard from someone else!!

GOOD RACING TO ALL!!!

Walt

Flash is one of those people still voting for Clinton because he wasn't physically standing there when she told Benghazi rescue to stand down and when she decided to run a shadow government off a private server .... One of those whos baby pops out with dreadlocks , Wesley snipes skin and 10" swinging and he still thinks it's his kid ....

Gee Legend, it must be nice to know the "truth" about everything.  Once again,  you believe what you wish to believe, whether in fact, it is true or not.

Yeah and it must be great to be oblivious to the world around you because your busy with liberal balls hanging in your eyes while you worship at the alter of Wolfe and Obama . I'm done responding to you , you don't deserve that level of respect

Why would I want or need your respect?  You're just a guy with opinions I don't share.  America is now and always will be a place where many viewpoints and philosophies compete for acceptance.  Thinking you alone have all of the answers and everybody else is some sort of idiot, is strangely un-American.  Wallow away.

Walt, Great post. I have always said that thru the course of history many things have a way of repeating themselves. What's so unbelievable is, me, you or anyone cannot do a thing about the past. You can only hope to make the future a better place. But, as just said, HISTORY just keeps repeating itself.

Guys;

Come on now. I appreciate the people that believe in us, I even appreciate the people that don't know what happened, but say they do and take up for "them" but really no need in being mad at each other. Personally me not saying something about all this is one of the hardest things I ever did in my life, but who would believe me anyway? If I posted the contract between the former employment on here and told it like it was, well some would believe me and some would not so really what have I gained? I have to stick to what I base my life on and thats truth. 100% truth 100% of the time and thats what we do. Having a little class is certainly hard to do under these circumstances. I can tell you this much. I was taught some valuable lessons, spent a lot of time being mad and honestly, its just not worth it.

FASTRAK is going into its 13th year. You can't stay in business that long in this industry and not do something right. Our rules have changed very, very little over the years and that alone saves FASTRAK teams tons of money. We just had our rules meeting this past Saturday at our banquet. We brought up topics, the teams brought up topics then the teams voted on them and that's the rules. The way they voted, not things that lined our pockets. This series is made for our teams. They make the rules and we enforce them. Pretty simple concept really. It's how we have done things from the beginning and will continue to do so as long as I am in charge. There were tracks sitting in the rules meeting that when we came out they stopped me and said "wow, I have never seen a rules meetings go that easy". To me that's something to be proud of. COOPERATION BETWEEN THE SERIES AND THE TEAMS. I mean it just makes common sense to me that if we work with the teams, all of our jobs are easier in the end.

Luckily we didn't need to address many things and everyone left happy as far as I know. if you have anything you would like to ask I would suggest you ask me. Otherwise its what you think, versus what you know. My number is 678-935-7304 and email is sl@fastrakracing.com        I sure don't do everything right,but I won't run from you or avoid you either.

I love racing. My dad drive for 28 years. I drove for 34. My son drove for 31 and my grandson is driving now and going into his 9th year so racing is what we do. Series, track or actually driving, racing is all I know. My interest is in the sport.

God Bless;

Stan Lester

Good post Mr. Lester. Dishonesty always has a way of bitting you back. It may not come as fast as some would hope for. But, eventually it will. Good luck in 2016.
