Yep I like to search the web when I hear something new to learn about or see a new word.

 

I googled "yinzer" because I never heard the word before.

I often apologize for the way I speak by saying i speak like I worked down the mill, because I grew up on the west side.  The town doesn't matter if yinzer is a mill town dialect carrying all it's hard working immigrant connotations with it, I'm proud of my mill town accent.

 

edit:  I guess then most all on here understand the words you'ins, yous'e guys,  ya guna etc., and sayings like if it fits in a lunch box it goes out the gate.  

 

I suspect Abe's just being a bit pejorative on it or maybe even a lot.  Yep thanks for the help Abe, searching on yinzer let me find a new word.

 

Then there's this yuppie definition of it some of you youngsters might better relate to.

Surprised, NO. But, some of his comments made good sense. Does he care, I highly doubt it. Will people bury him for a poor performance, wait, Yea that was a stupid remark. I always wonder. Because the guy does have good equipment. If the day comes that he does win a feature race what the remarks will be.
