Thank you but I don't have a crate engine and can't afford it. Maybe one will come my way. I'll be there watching.
Quite a step back from your staunch opposition to the crate engines. Did the possibility of a freebie change your mind? It'll be good for the fans if you decide to race. Good luck.

I have no affiliation with any car anymore but as a fan, I found that the street stocks at Lernerville have always been the most entertaining and competitive class there. I am very disappointed to hear they are running crate engines now. The most boring class on earth is a crate engine class. Follow the leader unless your name is Pegher or Blair. Yuck! People didn't stay to watch before now they really won't

I've had sponsors, friends and fans who have approached me about racing. Bottom line is that I don't think it's time to end my racing career. My race team is very low budget. Always has been. And to purchase a crate engine to race there just isn't possible. That's been my biggest complaint about the switch. It should not have been forced upon us. As I've stated before, if one comes my way you might see me there racing. I'll be there helping some guys out and watching some races. I really feel that the Tomson's are going to do great things up there and from what I'm hearing they have already got off to a great start. I'd hate to miss out on the positive changes heading Lernerville's way.Quite a step back from your staunch opposition to the crate engines. Did the possibility of a freebie change your mind? It'll be good for the fans if you decide to race. Good luck.
