Over the past several years I have attended many races and found the support divisions to be the best races. Everybody has to start somewhere.

From now on, in an attempt to better inform their customers, the advertising will include the order of the feature events.  Oh, it won't.  Sorry.

My question is. If lernerville would have posted in pre race advertising that the main event was going to be last, how many would have stayed home ?

Me. But mostly because I had other commitments and couldn't go regardless of running order.

I have never felt I was held hostage at any racetrack, hardly any place I'd rather be.  As a practical matter, however, if the main division runs last, everyone leaves at the same time, and at Lernerville, and most other areas tracks, that can be a real disaster.  While racing folk are generally great people, not so leaving the parking lot.

Well after saying this for the past few years, I still believe that you should not expect to get out of a track before midnight. And if you plan that way you will never be disappointed. Most people work Saturday now. Catch an extra hour or two of sleep Thursday and go to the track friday. If you get home real late drink a few cups of coffee, clean your kitchen, take a shower and go to work. Yes you may be a bit tired at the end of the day but not as tired as most people are of hearing that the races went too late or the support class should run last. When have you seen a main event in boxing or wrestling,(just examples) be first.

That is true.... But the racing is good, so I won't complain about that. The specials bring in some good equipment too. The eckl memorial was a damn good field of cars last year. Would've been even better if the weather wasn't so iffy. Most of the local supers end up at dog hollow or Lernerville.
