What exactly does this useless rule mean?     So if Billy Bob raced his car a couple years ago, Now Slim Sam cant race it now because it was formerly a race car, and even though legal, is not allowed?

Just never could understand this rule, or its intentions.

I'm absolutely not trying to be a dick here, but what are you talking about? It would certainly help people give the why,if you gave more details on the who, what, when, and where.

I've seen that rule listed for some asphalt tracks.  They were referring to street stocks or pure stocks.  They basically stated that you couldn't use an old late model, modified,  Hooters Cup, ect chassis in the stock class.  I only ever saw one dirt track with that rule and it was for the enduro cars, it stated no former pure stock or street stocks.  I can't imagine the semi-lates having a rule against used cars.  Used chassis and parts are going to be what keeps the cost down in that class.

I was trying to help the guy out by getting more info, needledick. If you don't know what track or division, how are people supposed to give him an answer? Maybe you should leave your 2 cents out, moron. If you think you'll win a pissing contest with me, you couldn't be more incorrect.
