For a second year in a row, the Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Championship Touring Series will make an appearance at Dog Hollow Speedway located at 76 Hamill Road, North Cambria, PA this Friday night. The event will be the third event of the 2016 Season for the touring series and will pay $1,000 to-win.
Dog Hollow Speedway has designated Friday as Fan Appreciation and Driver Autograph Night, so fans will have an opportunity to meet many of the Touring Series’ Drivers. Pit Gates open at 5 p.m. Grandstands open at 6 p.m. with racing at 7:30 p.m.
A $25 registration fee will be charged for all drivers participating in Friday’s event. All drivers will be eligible for a Hoosier tire and American Racer tire going to the highest finisher on that tire; while Touring Series member drivers will be eligible for a variety of additional contingency prizes ranging from a bead lock to gift certificates to cash. Sponsoring the contingency prizes are Homak Manufacturing, Hoosier Tire by Precise, American Racer by Lias Tire, Precise Racing Products, Les Frickshun, S S Chassis, Close Racing Supply, Wedge Motorsports, Big Daddy’s Speed Center, and Phantom Signs & Graphics. A hard luck award worth $25 will be presented by Shaffer’s Auto Service. Additionally, the hard charger sponsor for this event will be Dirt Diggin’ Chassis donating $50.
