Is this the weekend of Bud Garveys car show. It's such a heart time to walk around and see the cars from the old days. Could not find anything on the net

Garvey's show is indeed this weekend.

 

July 30.

 

My dad Sam Womer is on the list for this year's DORA Hall of Fame. I'm excited.

 

The show field has been creeping further and further down the road with the vintage race cars tending to be closer to the garage.

 

There is a picnic around lunchtime (obviously) and they take donations to keep such a picnic going. They also tap a keg of birch beer that is pretty tasty.

 

Garvey's is a great show and you never know who you'll run in to from the old time drivers and crews.

Osceola Mills - from Philipsburg turn right at the top of the hill where they sell the homes...can't miss it once you make the turn...it's a fantastic show.
