Very sad news for all of the racing fraternity. Clauson won the Ohio Sprint Speedweek race at Sharon June 21 and ran with the World of Outlaws in the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup last month R. I. P.

Too many dead or severely injured lately.
I know that there is inherent risk, but I wish that risk wasn't proving itself so much lately.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.
