I turned around a Sheets past New Castle sun shining bright and went to Fat Jimmy's, too late to head to Attica.  Same thing happened where I live earlier.  No rain in site and no rain on the radar, until the storm developed on the spot dumped a ton of rain then disappeared.   Radar showed about the same thing at Lernerville, developed between there and Butler when everyplace else was clear.

I don't think the one that formed up between Butler and Lernerville was the one that hit them. When I saw the retweet of the rainout tweet, I looked on the radar on Weatherscan, and what had happened was that they had one miss them to the north and another to the south, and right after that a sneak attack storm brewed up just below them not more than a handful of miles to their southwest and moved right up over the track and dumped on them. It didn't even look that bad on the radar, but I guess they really got hammered.
