Michael Norris won the 10th Annual Red Miley Rumble after starting in the 8th spot.  I believe he took the lead from Dan Angelicchio around lap 7 or so.  The first 20 laps went non-stop, and at that point Dan Angelicchio was still in 2nd spot, but Devin Moran, Alex Ferree, and Dylan Yoder were all over him, dicing for position.  The last 15 laps also went non-stop, with Michael Norris running the Steve Baker rim rider line to a several second victory.  Track was in great shape tonight, racy from top to bottom, with not a lot of dust considering how hot it was. Notably absent were Jared Miley (H1), Mike Pegher Jr. (1C), and John Mollick (4J).

Thanks Flash. Guess Jared Miley even had enough of the Miley's crap at PMS. Matt probably never paid him these last few years, so Jared stopped running

Just posting this so we don't have a 4 page thread about Jared and the Mileys. He didn't race last night for personal reasons. Had nothing to do with PPMS, Mileys, not getting paid, burgers being burnt or bathrooms needing more towels as this thread grows lol.

The Miley's still can't operate that place. That place is hands down the worse track I have ever visited. I feel bad for the racers that continue to support that place and for the fans as well. Haven't been there in over a year. Went last night, and realized why.

If you think PMS is one of the worst race tracks you ever visited you mustn't get around very much.  As for last night's racing, seemed like a pretty good program to me and the folks I sit with.  Even though Norris had a pretty good lead, the battle for 2nd through 5th, for the first 20 laps was amazing, with lots of passing throughout the field.  No pleasing some people I guess.

I'm sure no one knew why he wasnt there, but just thought of all the reasons in the past. Give the guy a break. Get well soon.

Hope all is well with Jared's Family, wish him and the Miley's nothing but the best.  I don't care who is operating the track as long as it is open next year.  Guessing nobody has heard anything beyond that?

That place is a dump. I spent just as much money there taking a wife and a daughter as we would have at a Pirate game. You guys can stick up for that family as much as you want, but they got their last dollar from me. That place is a joke, and everyone knows it, you just want to stick up for them because of the nostalgia of the track.

rc2403, you have a right to yourOP. And you have the right to not come to PPMS, no one is forcing you to attend. And yes i go to PPMS to watch the racing and always had a good time. I"M also not a fan of the Miley"s had my dealings with them over the years. I go to support the racers and spend a Saturday with friends and Family. I really don"t think you will be missed. I have also gone to Pirate games and it cost more than a night at PPMS. BASH AWAY all you want i don"t care what you say this is just my OP. Hope PPMS is around next year.

I agree old man.   It is not about the Miley's at all, it is about the sport and the competitors.  I hope that it stays open till someone that wants to make it great can purchase and not a land developer.
