Yes, it is nice to see a place open for 50 years. I can see why they've been open that long, they run a pretty smooth show. Started on time, no track prep between races, reasonable intermission length even with kids bike races. Pretty good field of late models too, 19 took the green for the feature. The place isn't perfect but all in all I had a good time and will definitely be back.

Feree won the late models starting from 6th, Pinckney won the steel blocks, unfortunately I don't know any of the other regulars that won and the PA system was only kind of half working.

We made the trip there yesterday and had fun. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The program went pretty smooth even with the large amount of cautions. It was also nice to see a place who actually informs the drivers over the raceciever. They were on it with the caution and location before you could see the yellow was out. That saves a lot of torn up equipment on a track that size. After the race they thanked everyone over the raceciever for supporting them for the night. And after that, in the pits, three different staff members and a few crew guys from other teams came over and thanked us for making the trip. The last time I have seen or heard anything like this was before the outlaws took over lernerville. Great job. I see why people have supported the place for 50yrs.

I agree. MC puts on a top notch program and has for years. Always starts at 730 sharp too! Many tracks don't get that concept!

Also, track is perfect for good racing, and there is usually a quality field of LM, with most nights one or two good outside cars in addition the regulars.

Always enjoy my trips to Marion Center.  Problem this year is I got rained out both times I was there.

We towed to MC for the last race of the year. It was the second time there in my 30 years of racing, not sure why we don't go more. Track was good, and we were done at 945. The payout for supers is a little light but we did not burn off 4 tires so maybe there is a balance. After all they have been doing this for 50 years. I plan to be a regular in 2017.
