Is this the last race before the new housing project goes in?

. No, the D9 races will be the following weekend, this sorry ass excuse of a racetrack will be gone and no one will have to bitch about it on here anymore!

What a shocker, Pierce got scared! Just like at Tyler County for the hillbilly.

Scared? I think he chose where he wanted to race by picking a spot on the two GLOBES he just won... are you serious?

Or else he does not want to run with the big boys again and rather go when a few Couple Grand Event shows.

There will obviously be less competition at the MARS races and they're closer. That worked out well for him last weekend at Tri-City with a 3 win weekend sweep.

I'm really disappointed that he isn't coming to the Pittsburgher, saw his dad race often, but have never seen him.  It's only about 20 more miles from his home to PPMS than Springfield, MO.

His dad looks at it strictly as a business. And yes, for him it makes more sense to run where the kid has to be a favorite every race. I don't have any idea, but has his dad been to PPMS ?

If that was his thought, why even list the Pittsburgher is my point! You know your not coming, this could have been all avoided if he just listed the local racers to go beat up on.

Pierce Sr., ran several Pittsburgher's and also finished 2nd in the 1996 Penn National, his best effort.

Well if his dad has been there I'm sure he has his reasons for not coming. Maybe he's receiving a nice appearance pot or the motor he wants to run is down. Who the hell no's. Scared. Really !!!

Really?! Get serious people.
Pierce Jr being scared?
Really that is so ridiculous!
Thats like saying Blairs dont show up because they are scared!
Is that what you think about the Blairs not showing up when the big boys come to town?
Really? Some people realize that 100 lappers are not what the locals are use to.
Making the race is one thing, winning it is another!

No, the Blair's don't show up because they know that can't win or even compete outside Stateline or Eriez.

The Blairs are cherry pickers. If they were so good they would come to every single track that had a big show and show everybody what they got against the best in the business. Instead they like to stay local and only go to tracks where they can beat up on everybody else. Some say it is a smart move others would say they are a cherry picker.

Both the Blairs have run good at both Lernerville and PPMS. Robbie won a few LM features at Lernerville and one at PPMS in 2003, while Max won the first ever Fastrak race in 2009 at PPMS and ran well at some other Fastrak/RUSH tour races..

I think people have more respect for the legend where he races at than the blairs. He may not win or even make the races, but you gotta give the guy credit for running different tracks and going to race against the best to get better.
