If they sold that land then no one is allowed to camp at any big shows. They would have no room.

What parcels are you saying have 4sale signs on them?

Here a link to see how the land is parceled out. You can move the map to Buffalo township to see how the lines are drawn.
I think to find out who owns parcels in Butler county there may be a fee involved. We really don't know unless someone looks at public records which parcels were sold by the WoO or transferred to the new owner.
Which parcels exactly did you see for sale signs on? If it's 40-1F75-A1, it includes all of the pits and part of the track. What your speaking of may be the small parcel next to the first drive coming from the north.
In the past I have found an online free government site where is stated who owns which parcel back when tri city was for sale. As of yet I have not found the same for Bufallo township and I'm not sure I even care about it. If someone else finds a url to it and posts it, I'd have fun looking at it but all it's worth to me knowing is the fun i'd get looking.

The parcels that are for sale on the north end & south end of Lernerville are not a part of Lernerville and never were. I lived here all my life and I know this. Those properties are owned by the same individual and he seems to be selling a lot of property he owns.

The Parcels are owned by Sarver Dev LLC of Lower Burrell, PA.
They own the one of the North side and South Side of the track and it doesn't look like either impedes anything to do with the track besides they border it.
PS that map is free to use.
