As i picked up my AARN paper and began to scan it for local information I was stopped on page 9 and began to read the article in full I have known and been around the Emig family all my life and to say I am proud of all they have accomplished is an understatement.  The passion Vickis Dad had for racing and life in general was awesome and he persued it with all he had, and at times what he didnt have but one thing he never did was give up, he set a high bar for many in the racing industry and was taken very young.

As for the rest of the story he has a family that has honored his dream to this day enter Vicki Bills oldest daughter she has that same passion for racing as her Dad and has never looked back and now from this non descript little area has emerged another Emig that never looks back or is influnced by others she has a vision that has eclipsed Bills and for that he would be proud.

I have said all that to get to the point what an honor to know someone with not only the courage to pursue her dream but actually see it unfold.

My friend Vicki is being honored by the Northeast Modifiyed Hall of Fame this year all i can say is well done your Dad would be proud and so am I.
